Use rust-i8n to add multi language support.

For now, let's focus on the top 5 most spoken ones:

English
Mandarin Chinese
Hindi
Spanish
Modern Standard Arabic

You know what... The useage of a config file to look for keywords would cover this. I will not implement this.
